Patient Transport Services
Working in partnership with our clients, we provide a totally integrated and seamless patient transport service. Any of the following core components are available to suit your needs:
- Eligibility Criteria Assessment service.
- Gatekeeping services and telephone support for patients.
- Full range of vehicles for patients of all mobility levels.
- Staff trained to NHS standards.
- Integrated cost recharging.
- Online performance monitoring.
- Major Incident support.
Available either as an on-demand or contracted service, we are on hand 24 hours a day.
High Dependency Units
Medical Services are independent members of the NHS Confederation Ambulance Service Network.
We provide HDU vehicles with trained EMT crews for the transfer of stable patients between home, clinic or hospital. We also offer transport to specialist clinical teams who accompany seriously ill patients en route. All ambulances are equipped to A&E standard; e.g. Heart monitors, SAT’S monitors, automated external defibrillators, suction units, Middlesex carry chairs, piped O2 and Entonox. Additionally we have new, purpose built bariatric vehicles, stretchers and wheelchairs.
In an emergency situation, authorised crews can use blue lights. Our service provides careful monitored care for the NHS, Private Hospitals and Insurance Companies 24 hours a day on demand.
